Floom

Two concept plates, rebuilt clean.

Standalone POCs, film look (cool palette, brand blue, black squircle mark). Nothing here touches the film comp. Both are ready to drop into the film later. 1920×1080, 30fps, ~4s each.

Plate 1 — Manual work

“…back to the manual work we did before.”

Continuity from the crashed OpenClaw chat: the dead agent panel (disconnected · Run failed · No response from agent) still sits in the warm home-office, and a person starts filling a spreadsheet by hand to replace it. A light cool wash eases in to signal the letdown.
v3

Dead OpenClaw → hand-typed spreadsheet

Opens on the exact crashed state from L03 (same warm office, same failure messages), holds so the letdown lands, then the panel lifts out and a report_by_hand.xlsx slides in. A caret types the rows by hand, with a real mistyped-then-corrected keystroke, while the room slowly cools. The agent died, so it is back to manual.

Plate 2 — Background run

“…they run autonomously in the background.”

Three workers run while you are away and each completes with a checkmark and an honest task label. No fabricated numbers, just the qualitative “done”.
v3

Three agents, running → done

Research, Outreach and Inbox chips enter staggered, sweep an indeterminate progress bar (no fake percentages), then complete one by one: the orb becomes a checkmark, the bar goes solid, and the label resolves to “sources found”, “drafts ready”, “inbox sorted”. Framed by “You’re away, Floom’s got it.”
