Narrative and design, open

OpenL05 "vision was right, infrastructure wasn't" is plain text, you have flagged it 3 times. Needs a real visual, not just type.

OpenEnding cohesion (L14 to L16). The audit says it feels like three different videos. Make it flow.

OpenLoop / harness visual. Your marketing banner idea, blue agent balls turning into loops, featured somewhere (the "loop engineering harness" repositioning).
